General

By registering on or using RapidBoost (rapidboostgh.com and its subdomains), you agree to these Terms of Service and to all laws that apply to you. If you don't agree, don't register or use the site.
We may change these terms at any time without notice. Changes take effect when posted, and using the site afterwards means you accept them. Check this page now and then.

RapidBoost sells social media promotion: followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers and similar services.
We can't promise your account won't be flagged, restricted or banned by a social network. You use the service at your own risk.
You are responsible for following the rules of each social network and the laws of your country.
Don't exploit the system. That includes abusing bugs, promo codes, referral or bonus programs, or placing orders in ways a service was not built for.
Delivery speeds and times on service pages are estimates, not promises.

Check your link and quantity before you pay. The account or post must be public and the link correct. Orders on private, wrong or removed links can't be completed.
Don't place a second order on a link while an earlier order for it is still running. Overlapping orders can fail or deliver less.
An order that has started can't be edited or stopped, unless the service offers a cancel option.
Services marked with a refill guarantee are refilled for the period shown. Services without one are final once delivered.

Payments go through our payment partner using the methods shown at checkout. All amounts are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS).
Money added to your wallet is not paid back to your phone or card. It stays as balance for your orders.
If an order fails, is cancelled, or is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is returned to your wallet balance.
There is no refund for completed orders, drops on services without a refill guarantee, banned accounts, or orders with a wrong or private link.
Contact us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or Mobile Money provider. A false dispute lets us reset your balance, close your account and report it where the law allows.

You must be at least 18 years old.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You may not order for accounts or content that is illegal, sexual or adult, hateful or discriminatory, promotes violence or terrorism, involves minors in any sexual or exploitative way, or infringes someone's rights.
We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, for fraud, chargebacks, abuse or breaking these terms. The balance of such an account may be forfeited.

You may not copy our texts, images or code without our written consent.
Platform names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them.

The service is provided "as is". RapidBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, account bans or removed content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Delays at our providers can slow delivery.

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes go to the courts of Accra.
